What should I do if I have any problems with the serum?

Your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. If you ever experience an issue, you can easily reach us through your Amazon order page (go to “Your Orders” → “Problem with order” → “Contact seller”). We’ll be happy to help you find the best solution.

I notice a lavender scent in the serum. Does it contain artificial fragrance?

The lavender scent comes from natural essential oils, not artificial fragrances. We formulate our products to be gentle and non-irritating, so you can enjoy it with confidence.

Is the serum’s color artificial? Will it stain my skin?

The beautiful color comes from natural ingredients like Indian Lotus Flower Extract and Ivy Gourd Fruit Extract — no artificial dyes here! It won’t stain your skin.

Is it okay to use the serum if the color changes over time?

Absolutely! Any color change comes from the natural ingredients, not artificial dyes. Even if it fades a little with light exposure, the serum is still effective.

I received my product but I suspect it may be counterfeit. What should I do?

For your safety, please avoid using the product and reach us through your Amazon order page (Your Orders → Problem with order → Contact seller). We will help verify whether your product is authentic.
