This laptop is used - keyboard is not working properly- Its painted the outer part.. I cannot put protector as paint comes out.. Totally scammed .

Quality issues
Supper sold me a product that lasted only 3 days. It's not a suprise that seller don't know that the laptop was repaired and could only function for 2 days..

I do not wish to purchase from this website.
The device is faulty; the battery is defective and it hasn't worked since it arrived. It had a battery, but I haven't been able to charge it since.

The renewed laptop is working very well. The seller sent the wrong charger. The laptop came with Windows 11, not with Windows 10 as advertised. The condition was listed as "Excellent", but the case has basically a silver textured wallpaper covering it and the wallpaper is dirty! I don't know what cosmetic issues are being covered up with the wallpaper.
