I would recommend this to anyone who likes the convenience of packing light for runs, bike rides, gym etc...They taste really nice which was a big surprise for me as I've tasted others which were horrid! The consistency takes a while to get used to which is more like a blended jelly? lol?? But give you a quick gradual boost of energy which seemed to last a while for me. I mostly used mine for when I was out drinking for the end of the night or when I went on a 7 mile walk or bike ride, and took about 4 with me.They was well packed in the box pictured and a corrugated cardboard box above that which seemed pretty adequate and sturdy. I got mine at 30 for £26 but even at £29 its well worth it, I have a few mates who do bike rides and marathons and swear by these! so had to give them ago and didn't let me down.

Probably the best there is.
Your isotonic gel of choice is completely personal preference as some tend to cause various side-effects. However, I have now tried s few different brands and I have found that these SIS Go to be just right for long runs (or other endurance events). The pack size is not too bulky and will fit snugly into most belt holsters or pouches, the consistency of the product is probably the best of both worlds - not impalatebly thick such that you end up gagging, nor is it so liquid that you might as well be drinking lucazade.I occasionally get irritation around my mouth because of the foil packaging - this isn't ideal, and I did consider dropping a star for it. However, I have since reflected and decided that it is likely to be my technique. The past suggests one every 20 minutes which I would say is fine if you are running no more than 12 miles (20km) or so. If you want to go any further I strongly advise you to ration them to perhaps once every 40 minutes otherwise you'll spend the next two days occupying the toilet in rather a lot of discomfort. As for the taste - these orange ones are the most palatable and the lemon ones are not too bad either. I suspected that they may taste of old army 'screech', but they are actually rather tasty.I now use SIS regularly for long runs (I actually don't bother for anything less than 10km). One every 40 minutes and sips of water as I go appears to keep me moving

Energy Gels
I cannot give this product 5 stars because that implies that I love the product and unfortunately I don't. This is because it doesn't taste fabulous but it is a really great product when you need that extra energy boost to get you through your long cycle! The orange flavour is better than others (the cola one for example) and it doesn't make me gag like some of the others but I cannot say that it tastes nice but it does do its job.A note on the seller (Harris Active Sports) - I had problems receiving this product; not the sellers fault but the courier company and the sellers (Tom in particular) was incredibly helpful and offered to resend the product at no extra cost to me to ensure i received it before a long cycle on the Sunday. I really appreciated this and would buy from again, based on this excellent customer services alone (and the fact that they're very competitively priced!)

Value gels, taste great!
Orange SiS gels are my favourite, so good to find a box of them where each gel works out better value for money than in the supermarkets. Provide the energy needed, easy to open and handy to have the box to keep them all together. Box is probably too big for the gels inside, but that’s hardly a problem!

Great gels for long runs
I think these gels are the best to keep energy while doing a long run. I've tried several other things but nothing works as well as these ones. They are very easy on the stomach and give a lot of energy. The taste is not that great but not bad as well, probably you won't be much disappointed with it.

Really helps when am out running.

Hydration
Great for running! Other orange-flavored products are often so acidic they upset my stomach, but this one has a well-balanced pH and keeps my mouth from drying out during runs. While it doesn't replace water, I struggle to drink water on the move without choking. Because of that, the gel-based texture is exactly what I need. Highly recommended!

Excellent gels at great price
I use SIS gels as they suit me for longer rides. Important to take them before you’re tired for best effect. Always buy in box of 30 as you can get the best discount…vary the taste choice based on best discount…not a fan of the caffeine versions

Good boost and easy on the stomach
Used for the first time in a 30km mtb race, one at the start and one at 15km, easy to digest and wash down with a sip or two of water, if required. The endurance boost was welcomed on the final straight.

Gels for running
I’ve been using SIS gels for years. They work great for energy during runs. Amazon’s sale price is unbeatable, much cheaper than other stores. Definitely worth stocking up.
