I just got my bottles yesterday. I have edema around my ankles it seems since I put on an insane amount of weight. I went from 180 to 215 pounds. I am 5 ft 8 inches tall. I don’t normally leave reviews yet I tend to love reading other people’s opinions. I always go to the negative reviews first. Looking at some similar products, ppl complained about cramping but I noticed someone’s suggestion about drinking lots of water which I did. Only day three and I am thrilled with what I see! Usually around mid-May my ankles start to swell. As the temperatures and humidity rise, my ankles inflate to a point where I can’t even bend them. It’s so bad that I don’t like wearing anything that reveals the swelling. After just three days my swelling has disappeared. Years of suffering erased in a few days. Wish I started using this blend years ago!

it **may** be working. However, in truth, I dont know how to measure whether its effective or not. I am a kidney transplant (2x) patient and keeping my kidneys optimal is important. I have blood work done weekly and we look at many variables for kidney preservation or rejection, or other markers that show specific health of the kidney and my overall health in concert with the kidney. My latest blood work shows that there is some decline in kidney function. I do not know whether this product is having an adverse affect on my numbers. But I am going to temporarily stop using it, re-test, and measure. I'll update later my results.

I really like these for water retention. It makes me go more often but I don’t feel sudden unexpected urges. Very natural. Great so far!

If you want to experience the worst headache of your life get this, Holly crap this gave me the worse stomach headache of my life not even Tylenol could take the headache away. I am not caffeine intolerant. That day I decided to take my morning coffee only and after breakfast I took these pills the headache lasted from 10am until I fell asleep and woke up fine this morning. I am not taking these again. I'm throwing them away.

I was struggling with a lot of water retention post surgery and it wouldn’t move on it’s own. I used these pills and now I don’t like to be without them! I take one in the morning with breakfast and one after dinner.

Maybe it is helpful in other cases but for me it didn’t work
