While my husband can eat bowls of pasta (he cycles 100 miles a day) and not worry about sugar or carbs, I can't because I suffer from chronic laziness. So I wanted something that looked and tasted and felt like pasta - and BINGO here it is. It's SUPER easy to cook (in boiling water for 6 minutes) - don't forget to rinse it afterwards - I plated it, put some home made tomato sauce on it (onions, tomatoes and garlic, all blended with a wand), grated some cheese and tucked in. I could NOT tell the difference between that and a plate of spaghetti. My husband said it's slightly chewier (which it is, but that could be said of more al dente pasta too) - they are clear (not pasta colored), so that's the biggest difference, which can be a bit weird (I found it odd to be tucking into glass/clear pasta) - but the over all effect was that I had just eaten a huge plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce - guilt free - didn't feel stuffed afterwards, just sated.... was absolutely THRILLED. I read that they come in big packages - but even that didn't prepare me - each bag is about 2 feet long - and holds a LOT of noodles - both my husband and I had big bowls and haven't even eaten half of one bag. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! ONCE YOU TRY THEM YOU WON'T GO BACK!!!

Fantastic! Excellent with Asian dishes. Neutral flavor with a hint of sweetness and absolutely NO bitterness. Cooks up very well and holds shape and texture when reheated. These are our new favorite over rice, buckwheat or vegetable based noodles. We plan to use them for Italian dishes like spaghetti as well. A bit pricey compared to other types - but so rare in stores that we are willing to pay for them because of their excellent quality. We buy the multi-pack because we do not want to be without them.

I've ordered this product a few times and haven't been disappointed. Just follow the cooking directions on the package, not rocket science. The noodles have a great texture and chew to them. They were perfect for my japchae. It's a little pricier than some of the other options but the bag is pretty big.

I frequently dine out to a Vietnamese place nearby and order pho dishes. Yum! Got the idea that I could try to make it : had a really good recipe : prepped everything correctly and used these noodles. (Don’t know much about selection ) couldn’t wait to eat . Except the noodles were incredibly salty. Too salty to eat. I bought these noodles because of sweet potatoes ingredient and thought it was organic. Way to salty. Could not eat them . Sorry

Great for the jap chae recipe I cooked. I like everything about it. Just follow the easy instruction to prepare.

Not as chewy as usual noodles of this type but still a good product, a bit expensive for what it is and how much you get but I would probably buy them again
