So I have bad posture with a fairly physical job. I had been experiencing constant morning headaches. All the back of my neck up into the back of my head. They always eased up throughout the day but still had the heavy tension. I could tell I was clenching my teeth day and night. I have had this massager for almost 3 weeks now….and have not had a headache in almost 3 weeks. I do this 2 times a day…before work and before bed. The arm straps that allow you to control the pressure and how it moves on your back is the key to using this. It’s easy and it works it will roll down your back if you want it to or can stay stationary. Just rest your arms in those straps! Best thing I have ever bought for massaging. It reaches every part of your neck, shoulders and back. Love it!

I buy a lot of things on Amazon and this is the first time I've been so impressed with a product I had to tell others how great it is. For the past few days I had a very sore, stiff neck. I went for a massage and that helped a little but within a few hours I was in pain again. Pain relievers didn't work. I was kept awake one night with the pain and went on Amazon to order this for same day delivery. I am amazed how well it worked! Of course it's painful at first to have it knead a tight neck muscle but keep going and it will do the trick. The design of this works so well because it allows you to ease up or adjust the pressure in the moment without touching the controls. Today I woke up and no pain! My neck muscle is no.longer tight, knots all worked out. Wish I would have bought it the very first day!

It’s good and it function as it’s supposed to, but it’s not quite as comfortable as other ones I’ve had. For the roughly $20 USD paid, it works good enough and does the job. I just wish it fit the neck a little more comfortably.

love this device! i can target the muscles and knots that are tight and sore, can adjust the pressure with my arms, change rotation direction, and speed. I would definitely buy it again.

Three stars for the massager itself. I bought one and the heat element did not heat up. Received the new one today and it still doesn’t heat up. I’m keeping it because I don’t really like returning stuff. Once was enough.

So I've been working from home for the past 9 months, like so many, and my WFH set up is significantly less ergonomic and comfortable than my regular office set up. This has led to quite a bit of hunching and weird positions. I was mostly okay until about a month ago I had a three day headache which no amount of migraine or aspirin would touch. Finally my boyfriend gave me a neck massage and said that he could feel a massive knot at the back of my neck and into my shoulders and that my muscles were insanely tight. That massage relieved my headache, the background neckache that I hadn't even noticed and I was able to focus again. Now, as kind as he is, a daily massage is probably not going to happen, so I went looking for something that would allow him not to develop carpal tunnel from trying to relieve my pain. Enter this strange looking massage device. I decided to take a risk because it was on sale over Black Friday/Cyber Monday and it seemed like at the very least it could be a heating pad of sorts. It arrived today and I tried it out and the only reason I waited a few hours to write this review was because I had work to do in between. THIS THING IS AMAZING!!!! My neck pain is gone, it works fantastic on the lower back, and it feels like a real human massaging you, but not in a creepy way. The balls moving inside feel quite sturdy so you can press it down on you and it doesn't feel like it will collapse or anything. It changes direction every minute or so, to make it feel less repetitive. The heat was nice, I didn't use it on the heat setting for long as I was already warm, but it seems relaxing. I will say you have to shift it around to access different areas, but that's no different than having a human massage, they can only reach one place at a time. There is a slight motor sound, obviously, which pulses as the balls move, but it's not super loud. I would say headphones on not very loud would drown it out completely, and it probably wouldn't wake someone sitting next to the user unless they were a very light sleeper. The quality of the fabric this is wrapped in is fine. It's not extraordinarily lush, but for the price I was impressed, it seems stitched together fine, and it's not something that will get intense wear, you use it while you're sitting, it's not going to haul firewood, and it probably won't last 30 years, but I wouldn't expect it to. It seems well built for what it is. It comes with a regular wall plug (you have to be plugged in to use it, it is NOT battery operated) and a car adapter dongle thing. The wall plug worked fine. In short, if you have some back/neck/lumbar pain or tightness, I 100% recommend this thing. Obviously if you have severe pain or persistent issues you should see a doctor before use, but if you, like me, have hacked together a work from home space that maybe doesn't encourage the best posture/ergonomic habits and are suffering the consequences, I ABSOLUTELY recommend this little thing. Sure, it's no substitute for a human massage, but until the pandemic is resolved, in person massages are probably not an option right now, so this little friend makes a good substitute!!
