As expected,
The HP Envy X360 2 in 1 product was delivered on time. Micro Tech even sent the latest version, which is a very nice gesture. Their support and responses are also very quick and informative. The product is working fine, as expected, and I am very happy with my investment.

اللابتوب جيد بس بيجي من غير قلم وخدت تعويض ٢ الف جنيه بس للاسف مش لاقي مكان اجيب منه القلم بالسوق كله مميزاته شحن سريع تاتش سكرين كويسة جدا بالنسبة لسعره ميزة شات الذكاء الاصطناعي الخامات ألومنيوم وشكل الشاشة شيك جدا ميزة التعرف على الوجه البروسيسور والرام جيد مقارنة بامثاله في الفئة السعرية مساحة تخزين جيدة يصلح للأعمال المكتبية العيوب بدون قلم الكيبورد إنجليزي فقط الأرقام مش جنب بعض زي باقي موديلات ال ١٥ بوصة

HP Warranty on the product is already used up. This will apply to ALL customers who order this product here (I'm not the only one, read other reviews). I got about 2.5 months out of the full year I should get with HP. Also, despite listing description and photos, pen is not included. The pen is required to access several features of this product. Every person who buys from here will have the same problem, meaning they will be forced to buy it themselves (a $40+ item while they offer a $25 partial refund). Yeah, time to move on.
