Excellent customer service! The unit stopped working after a year. Reached out to support on the shark website after following all troubleshooting instructions and they sent me a replacement with just a $10 shipping charge. It works great and it’s so quiet. Holds a charge well. Versatile with the table top option. And I absolutely love the mist attachment!

Love this fan during the warmer summer months! It’s great to use for tanning outside and also grilling by the bbq when it’s warm to keep you cool!

I like that you can plug this fan up and charge it, then use it without the cord if necessary. Or if you want to leave it plugged in you can as well. This makes it very useful to move around if you need to do stuff outside and want to have a fan with a mister

This fan is honestly great for the patio. It’s pretty powerful, you can feel the breeze from about 7 to 10 feet away, which is perfect for hot days. It oscillates too, and you can control everything with the remote, which is super convenient. The base is nice and heavy so it doesn’t feel like it’s going to tip over, and putting it together was really quick and easy. I also love that the remote is magnetic and sticks right onto the fan so you don’t lose it. My only issue is the misting. It comes out pretty strong, especially if you’re sitting close, you’ll definitely feel it, and your cushions might too. I ended up using the intermittent setting and just moving my chairs back a bit.

PROS: Option to use this fan w/stand or on floor is very useful. Battery and corded option make it VERY versatile. VERY quite on LOW speeds. Optional (separate purchase) car charger which could be handy at times, especially after a big storm when power is out. Battery indicator light shows different levels of charge which is very helpful. Good oscillation control and horizontal positioning via remote. CONS: Remote is extremely difficult to see as they used grey on grey for the symbols. Also, the remote does not work with the fan at certain vertical angles. IMO: Vertical tilt adjustment via the remote would have awesome, but it's not there so I have to keep getting up. On higher speeds I can hear it 2 rooms away, so no difference in noise level from any other fan. "Misting" is accomplished via a clip that holds your garden hose on the front of the fan. IMO, that eliminates indoor use of this feature. But, I live in the South so I don't believe I would ever use that feature anyway. If I want wet air, I just step outside. All fans move air... but at this price point, I expected a LOT more.

This has been an extremely long and hot summer! I have very bad asthma and I need the rooms I am in to be cool at all times so I can breathe easily. As hot as it's been, the air conditioning was struggling to keep my house cool so I needed an extra fan to help with that. Seeing as show Shark usually has such a good reputation, I ordered this fan. When it arrived and I set it up it worked pretty good. It had a great breeze to it and it did help with the room temperature and my breathing. I had problems with the fan shutting off like it was on a timer from the get go. I attempted everything I could find to try and find a timer on the fan or set it to run continuously. Nothing worked. The fan would sometimes shut off six or seven times within a 10 minute period then run for several hours before shutting off again. Eventually, after about a month and a half, the fan stopped working completely. It doesn't work on battery or being plugged in. All the troubleshooting in the world can't save this fan. I need something dependable and this fan just isn't it. I bought it on June 18th and it stopped working in mid-August. Such a waste of money. This makes me not trust the Shark brand as much as I used to.

First of all I dont know why Shark won't offer a warranty on amazon for buyers to purchase. But anyway, fan stopped working suddenly after a little over a year. Cleaned it out and plugged it back in, wouldn't charge. We ordered a replacement cord and tjat didn't do it. Now we have to order a new one. We only ran it at night while we slept. Figured it would last around 2 years with their reputation. However the fan worked great while it did. It was powerful, quiet and the portable feature was very nice and convenient.

i had to get a replacement, and got it pretty fast! I got claimed as not returning the remote so they didnt include a remote on my replacement and i got a hold of them and they sent one out next day! Thanks! :D
