Works Great
While I am giving it 5 stars it is not perfect. I do agree with others there is not alot of weight to it. I found leaning back in a chair or laying down on it adds that weight factor to make it better. It truly helped my shoulder and neck pain, I even fell asleep on it. Material seem strong, heat output is great, and I am 6'4 and it fits me nicely.

I love this neck/shoulder heating pad. A friend loaned me his after I had robotic abdominal surgery for the shoulder pain that results from such procedures. I decided to buy one for myself. I almost did not order it because the photo show an ugly orange color. In reality, it came in a nice grey color.
