this brush is a great quality and size. The bristles are nice and clean great! I feel like my skin is softer and smoother after it cleans. I love that I can use it in the shower. The handle feels great in my hand as I use it and since it is all silicone, it’s easy to clean and hold. I got the pink one and I love the color. It’s a soft baby pink. The vibration levels are also great. I thought that I would definitely use the highest level, but I actually feel most comfortable at the middle vibration level as I clean my face so it’s nice to have the options. I haven’t use the heating function yet, but I’m excited to have it for the future. However, the first brush I received the heating function didn’t work and even though I tried charging it and giving it time to heat up and everything I could think of to make sure I did it right so that it would heat up it wouldn’t work. I was able to contact the company via email and they responded very quickly and we’re very helpful. I was able to get a new product sent out through Amazon immediately even before I returned the broken product and I got the new product before returning the old one so I could make sure that it worked completely and after I made sure the new one works 100% I was able to return the old one all free of charge. I’m very happy with the customer service and the product is definitely worth the money and elevates your skin routine. i’d be interested to see what other products this company has just because this one was so well-made.

This item is a must-have for anyone who is dedicated to their skin care routine. It exfoliates the skin using the silicone bristles and vibrations which help get dirt and grime out, but is not so harsh that it damages the skin barrier whatsoever. Works very well with a very reasonable price point. It charges quickly, and has a long life before needing to charge again. It is easy to use, the handle is comfortable, and the size of the cleaning brush is not too big or small. Great design, especially because it is made of silicone, which is the only thing that you can get fully clean, which is very important for any kind of skin care product that you are using to clean your skin. I recommend always washing the cleaning brush before and after use, to ensure that you get the best clean possible. My only frustration is that it takes a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to turn it on, change the settings, and turn it off. The instructions included are extremely confusing and not helpful. But with some practice, it is not too difficult to figure out how to use it. It just isn't super user friendly and is confusing to figure out how to use it. But otherwise a great product for it's price.

I bought this as my travel cleansing brush but it will not stay charged no matter how long I leave it plugged in. The product has a 18 month warranty but Amazon would only honor the 30 days and referred me seller/manufacturers. I contacted the seller/manufacturers via email on here (Amazon) and they never never followed up with me. Wish I could give them a half star. Do not waste your time or money!!!

I’m very happy with this silicone facial brush! It’s soft, gentle on the skin, and does a great job removing dirt, oil, and makeup residue while giving a refreshing deep clean. The silicone bristles feel much more hygienic than traditional brushes and are very easy to rinse clean after use. My skin feels smoother and looks brighter after each use. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and a great addition to my skincare routine. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using the facial cleanser brush for about 9 days now. This will remove dead skin from your face over time. My moisturizer serum and vit C has been doing even more wonders for my skin since I started using this. I use this every other day. Pros: 3 settings (i use middle) cleans thoroughly without being rough (soft short bristles) U will use less of your face soap/ cleanser (wet your face, place cleanser on brush, then rinse when done) very easy to clean/ rinse Con: there’s a back flap where you insert the charger. i clean mine with a qtip or small cloth after each use because i can see that getting that area wet over time may be an issue. Overall, this is worth it for me! My skin is thankful :))

As a person with horrible cystic acne I was apprehensive to buy something like this, cause it always felt like something new would always be a flop. Little did I know - this would be the thing I should've bought years ago. The quality of this is super soft, fast charging and the perfect size for my face. Easy to wash off too. My skin feels so smooth after using it. The heating feature only occurs on the smooth side, but it gets WAAAARM! It's super nice too. Durable too, holds up to the claims - I use this in the shower, and at the sink. No damage from excess water. I feel this helps my cleansers.. cleanse better? As I said before this tool has dramatically helped reduce my cystic acne. You can use it without vibration, and have heat on. Or have both vibration and heat on. Comes with a USB-C charging cable. Does not come with a wall block, but not a problem for me.

I have only had the product for a week, but so far I really enjoy it. My face feels much cleaner than washing with a Make-Up Eraser cloth, regular wash cloth or by hand; however, I do have two issues - one with the product and the other with the sale. My Cleansing Brush does not get hot… or really, even warm. I read the instructions, that say it may take a bit, but I lost interest quickly. The other issue is with the sale. Every picture shows two cleaning wands, and since the price Okie dokie this one was twice the price of similar ones, I assumed that there were two in the package. Imagine my surprise when only one arrived. I had planned to put the second one in a home spa gift basket I’m going for this weekend’s Christmas party, so the misleading advertising kind of ruined that plan. Overall it is a good product, but maybe go get the one that looks identical and is half price.
