I’m a huge sauce fan and can be pretty picky. This one is soooo good. The flavor is outstanding and I’ll definitely be buying more. I already have to buy another bottle because it’s running low and I just bought it like 2 or 3 days ago. The only thing is I wish it was a little more spicy, but that’s just a personal preference.

Great hot sauce, love the taste and it's not that spicy. It's probably like a level 2.

I've been looking everywhere for a hot sauce that I sampled years ago. I think it was a small company trying to get started. I couldn't remember the brand or the name of the sauce. I've dreamed of it and searched for it for over a decade--that's how good it was. I have not been able to find that beautiful, thin, bright golden sauce with the proper amount of heat and a hint of sweetness. This sauce definitely has made me happy, and maybe I'll never find that dream sauce again, but I can be satisfied with this as a consolation. On the scale of 1 to 5--1 being where's the heat? And 5 being, I can't handle this--I'd rate it a 1.25. Totally perfect for the wimpy folks. I'm one of those wimpy folks but I still like a little kick and I don't mind sweating a little to get that zing, just not too much! I'd say this is right above fresh ground black pepper on the heat scale. However it has a beautiful vibrant flavor that is just irresistible. I tried a hot sauce recently I thought I'd love with pineapple in the name. I love pineapple but yuck! It tasted funky. I'm coming back to this one again and again. I'd buy a case if it wasn't so expensive. Give it a try!! I don't think it will disappoint you. If it does, you better go back to plain, boring ketchup. This stuff will be delectable on anything!

This sauce is amazing. Perfect balance of sweet and acidity. It doesn't pack a lot of heat but the flavor is great and sometimes you don't want super spicy you want aromatic flavors. This is the sauce for that. I mostly put it on otherwise plain foods like bean burritos so I can really savor the flavor. I'm gonna buy the 5 variety pack and hopefully the other four sauces are as good as this one. Good Job Humble House. I am a hot sauce junkie. I have about 20 hot sauces in my fridge right now and this is one of the best, especially for this style.

Perfect heat level, packed with flavor, pairs tremendously with breakfast burritos.

Tastes terrific ! Tasty, mild, great on most anything, and showcases the flavor of Aji pepper. Five stars IF it were labelled "Aji and Habanero": I eat, grow, and love Habaneros so was expecting something else. While super tasty, this sauce's flavor profile has little to do with a Habanero (unless it was bottled in the shadow of one).

Simply delicious. I'm on my third bottle now. I want to try the others too, but this one is so tasty I just can't bring myself to variate yet.

If I could give this sauce 10 stars I would. The flavor is unlike any other hot sauce than I have ever had. It's sweet, spicy and just the perfect balance all the way around. I was so happy when I saw that Amazon had it. The heat level is probably around a 5 maybe a 6 if you are sensitive. This is a high quality sauce that I would recommend on anything! I put it on everything from tacos, to eggs, to even veggies! It's a delicious addition to any meal.
