Resealable bag and high quality product.
I used these roots in a scratch made recipe for homemade cherry bitters. The dried roots did their thing. They impart a bitter flavor to liquids where they have soaked for a long while. HIgh-quality product comes in a resealable bag. You won't use a lot of them each time you make a batch for bitters.

Worked in my tonic recipe
I was making a recipe for tonic water that called for gentian root. I used this product and it worked very well. This tastes like dandelion leaves. Bitter and lettuce-y. It was a great addition to the depth of flavor of my homemade tonic water.
