You never get rid of PCOS, even though I had a full hysterectomy. I get discomfort and vaginally cyst. It still in the blood stream. This is the best thing I have ever taken this powder. Completely flavourless which is amazing, it is great for me because I hate taking pills. Yet to see if it actually works for my pcos symptoms but so far so good! Only downside is you do need 2 scoops a day if you want to reach the recommended 4000mg dosage. I’ve signed up for subscriptions to get it every month but not sure if the tub will last a whole month due to it being on the small side.

My go to supplement. Cycle isn’t regular yet but symptoms have improved greatly.

I’ve been taking myo and d chiro inositol for a few months and I have never felt better! I tried this brand and got them in beadlets form and powder form. Not sure if it’s the dosage but the powder gives me terrible heartburn and acid reflux!! But the beadlets are amazing I’d absolutely recommend, the only negative is the smaller dose and having to take 4 to reach 1g when the recommended dose for PCOS is apparently 4g (I’ve noticed improvement taking just 1-2g daily but in case anyone here takes 4g you’d need to take 16 tablets)

Went 6 months without a period started this product about two months ago off and on and just started my period back up! If I was more consistent I’m sure it would have started up soon but this product works amazing!

I don’t leave many reviews but I want everyone to know how incredible this is. I am 38 and in the starting stages of major hormone shifts. I have been to doctor after doctor about many things such as serious fatigue, random weight gain, brain fog, and horrible breast pain. I keep hearing over and over again that it’s just my hormones, and I have tried everything! This has been a game changer for me. I finally have stabilized energy, and I have not had that since high school. I’m not hitting an exhaustive point in the middle of the day anymore. My breast pain went away almost instantly. My appetite changed instantly as well. I don’t have sugar cravings, and food noise has silenced. I recommend this to everyone! I do recommend taking half in the morning and half in the evening, as the first few times I took a while scoop at once it had uncomfortable side effects.

Early May 2023: I had been breastfeeding my daughter for almost 1.5 years and still had no period. I was trying to get it back so we could start trying again and heard this helped regulate hormones and your cycle so I have it a try! Within 1-2 weeks of starting it I actually got my period back! I was elated and impressed! (But just wait lol) June 2023: lo and behold, after ONE period and using this for a month I got pregnant! I was SHOCKED! It took a year to conceive my first, so I really am chalking it up to this supplement that everything went so easily! October 2025: second baby is now here and 7 months old😊 and I’m starting this again to see if it will bring my period back again lol. *I personally love the powder! It is superrr fine so be cautious when opening! But I’d much rather add one scoop in my drink over taking multiple pills a day! It dissolves well, especially if you let it sit for a minute or two!

The product does not cause me headaches and it’s tasteless. I took it for two months but I did take breaks. I haven’t noticed much changes. It may take longer to work for some people.

I noticed a weird feeling a few minutes after taking my first tiny bit i never introduce things in large amounts so when using this i noticed that i felt some slight changes/discomfort happening in my ovary, I went to sleep and woke up feeling great and so far so good. I do think this product should be tested before selling and I have decided to go with a way more expensive brand simply because it is tested and the labels are truthful. I would not recommend this to anyone and i stopped taking it on the second day, leaves a weird nasty taste in your mouth like you licked metal and it makes you feel weird. The reviews at the bottom are the real and honest ones, don't believe the videos, one girl didn't even record her drinking it she cut it off so that's definitely sketchy! Pay for your health, don't discount yourself
