I’ve been living in a hotel for several months and this is a lifesaver! The price is high but worth not buying and lugging bottles of water. Works way better than expected, I’m filling with hotel sink water and what I get is great tasting water that I can easy fill up my reusable bottles. Might not fit all situations, but great for mine. Highly recommend, works great!

Should have got this a while ago instead of spending $70 every 3 months to replace filters. These filters last longer, cheaper, and way better than the filter pitchers.

I love the taste like nothing. Absolutely no taste . I smell the chlorine and crap as I fill the tank and hard water builds up on fill tank but drinking tank has no line no build up at all

Just received mine today. It was pretty simple to setup. Per the instructions you need to run through four tanks of water through before drinking. It takes 15-30 min to filter each tank so, about 2-4 hours to run through those four tanks. I used a test strip as well to test for nitrates/nitrites afterwards. Tap alone was around 250-500ppm after being filtered it was less than 10 according to the strips. The taste wasn't bad either. Though everyones taste in water is different. There is leakage if your are not careful. The design of the water tanks wasn't the greatest. The tap tank sits fine, but the filtered tank does not. It sits rather loosely until the tank fills to a certain point. If you accidentally bump it the fill tank it will start to leak. I learned to just put my hand on top of it and let it fill to a certain point (usually like 1-2 minutes of standing there) before walking away. Overall it seems like a good product after first use, but just poor design on the filtered tank.

Fresh clean easy to use. I use this confidently. I filter water for the week then clean the pitcher/tank and remove excess water from connections so there isn’t any moisture present.

Worked great for 2 months the stopped. When the unit starts you can hear that the motor is starting to fail and then it turns off. The motor clearly is not able to push the water through the filters after only 2 months. If I have to replace filters every 2 months then definitely not worth it, and if the motor is going bad then even more so. For a countertop unit it may be the best quality of purified water, but it doesn't work anymore and I'm back to bottled water.

there should really be a suggestion to run a couple of cycles through the filter before drinking. That first sip was traumatizing. Water tastes great after that.

Por fin arreglaron los problemas que tenían con la app. Ya me enviaron el OTP a mi celular en México y pude utilizar el purificador al 100%. Estuve a un instante de devolver el producto. Ahora estoy muy contento con el purificador. Hagan una prueba de la dureza del agua en el sitio donde van a utilizar su purificador. Cerciórense de que la dureza del agua esté en los parámetros que pueda filtrar su aparato sin descomponerse. El sistema de ósmosis reversa puede calcificarse rápidamente y dejar de funcionar si se le carga con agua que no está en condiciones óptimas. Yo tuve que poner filtros previos para asegurarme de estar dentro de parámetros, y darle mayor vida de funcionamiento al aparato. Fue una inversión costosa pero ahora toda la casa tiene agua limpia. Aclarado este importante punto de la dureza del agua, y ya con la funcionalidad de la app/ wifi, hasta ahora me gusta el producto y lo recomiendo.

The app is completely garbage, impossible to connect even with customer support, had to return it and get the regular one without the app. Otherwise a great machine
