Mr. Pen- House Plan, 3 pcs, Interior Design and Furniture Templates

IT WAS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED AND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. THANK YOU.

Incredible value! Everything in this kit is well-made, and there's pretty much everything and amateur like me could use. I can't remember the last time I have been so impressed at the quality of such a relatively inexpensive product. Thank you, Mr. Pen!

The Mr. Pen templates arrived as promised. They fit my needs exactly and I have already used one of them. The quality of the templates is good; solid plastic construction would be easier to use, but would also be subject to breaking. These templates should last a long time if stored properly.

These are in 1/4"=1'-0" scale and are very similar to the "Timely" or Staedtler brand templates I used as a professional home designer and drafting instructor decades ago. These have a mustache cutout, perhaps for Kilroys. They are not dimpled for ink work which will make them a bit more difficult to lift off the surface. Nicely flexible template plastic, these will not shatter. What I am knocking the score down for is the clear plastic as they get hard to find compared to a contrasting color plastic, they are plenty see through (too sheer) House Plan Template has some nice features, a standard 60" tub, and the most toilets, sinks, urinals and bidets I have seen on any template. Has some handy layout guides on the edges but the stairway template would not meet modern international dwelling code. There is not a 1/4" layout scale on the edge of the house planning template but one of the other templates has one that is reasonably accurate. The Interior Design - Kitchen Bath Bedroom would be extremely useful for someone planning with 1/4" scaled floor plan drawings as it has the measuring scale, some standard doors along with even more kitchen appliance and plumbing fixture selections if the House Planning template fell short for your need. Furniture Template has items you would need for workplace design with more chairs and table selections along with desks and equipment items. Overall very satisfied with purchase and good value for the price compared to BC (before CAD) prices for these things.

The paper behind the template is 9"x12". These have been the most accurate and the most essential part to completing my projects for school and client presentation. I highly recommend Mr. PEN products. After going through so many different brands for my tools and utensils. Mr. PEN kept showing up in my recommended products and I finally let in and bought quite a few items. I hate to have different brands for one project simply cause generally the measurements will vary. With Mr. PEN they have such a huge variety and almost every thing I need to complete a project. All within the same scale and all within the best quality. I can never go back to anything else. They have won my loyalty and I believe they should be resourced for every Architect student. Oh and do I honestly need to mention the competitive prices. It was the price that detoured me before. And I wish I checked with them sooner. Would have saved me so much money that could have gone towards tuition. 10/10 ratings all around. Please read my review and please take my word as true. It can't hurt to try it out and see for yourself. Hope this helps all the artists out there. Oh! Did I mention they send you these really awesome mustache stickers with every items.? Haha I have them every where 🤣 -JAY 🙃

Works exactly as I'd hoped and as advertised. Would buy again. Very timely shipping as well.

Conjunto de máscaras para planta baixa, em cm, marca mister pen

Excellent product

Got this for a future architecture student to practice with before college. This kit is excellent. The stencils are plentiful and very detailed, and the rest of the tools are great quality. The case it comes in is that softer plastic that doesn’t crack if you look at it the wrong way, and can stand vertically in a backpack. I’m very impressed with this kit and recommend it to anyone into building/design. I make miniatures and am contemplating getting one of these for myself after the offspring’s college is done draining my bank account.
