The media could not be loaded. I think if you are a fingerstyle guitar player or percussive player these strings will blow ur mind. It sounds the best. Keep it mind as these strings are light so they are best suited with guitars within price range of 5k to 6k. If you think using strings of higher gauge produces much warmer sound then the answer is a huge no. Light gauge strings holds both warmth and high pitch sound. So without any second guess go for these strings and thanx me later.

They are pretty great and do sound good for the most part, but the only issue I'm having is with the lower e string. It sounds really sharp, more sharp then it should as i go down the frets. Its kinda annoying while strumming as it really sounds out of place. Overall definitely much better then the strings i got with my yamaha guitar as they are pretty light and easy to press.

You can't go wrong with Daddario, the quality and functioality is great. I order these for strumming. If you want a heavy and a bass tone, these are NOT for you. This gauge provides a powerul bright tone. If you're a begginer and struggle with the pain or buzzing, I'd recommend starting with these strings as they're soft and comparatively easy to play.

The product is good and the sound is really nice. Playing on these strings feels great but looks like i got a defective 1st string, the 1st string keeps breaking at the string button. I mended it once but it has happened again. Can amazon replace only the 1st string?Edit: When i contacted amazon regarding the faulty 1st string they sent me a replacement of all the stings taking back the previous set, i am really happy about their customer service. Regarding the strings, they are really smooth and give a bright warm sound, your fingers will move easily on the strings.

I have noticed my notes are much clearer and require less effort. Bar chords are also easier. Fingerstyle sounds cool too. However, the base string volume is higher compared to other strings.

Lasted 2 months before the 3rd string snapped at the bridge. I do have sweaty fingers but these strings get regardless corroded very fast. Good sound and less pain for long hours of play. But you cant expect them to last more than 2 months. For sweaty fingers try coated strings.
