I’ve been using the powder form for about 2-3 years. It’s the only thing that seems to make me feel sleepy. I take the whole packet about an hour before I want to go to bed. Straight melatonin doesn’t work for me but this combo surely does. This powder also works better than the liquid formula.

Got as a gift for my boyfriend who has trouble falling asleep. He wanted to try something different than prescription meds and melatonin, so I opted to take a chance on dream water. He absolutely loves it! He usually moves a ton while trying to fall asleep, but this one put him out and kept him there. Great purchase!

Surprisingly very effective. Starts working in about 45 minutes and I get solid sleep with dreams. Recommend you don’t mix it. Just empty under the tongue and let it dissolve. This was way more effective than mixing it with water.

I saw an influencer (Celina) talking about this product — she has a major sleepwalking issue — so I figured I’d give it a try. I suffer from insomnia, night terrors, and those frustrating wake-ups around 3–4am where I can’t fall back asleep. I’m not the biggest fan of the taste, but it’s definitely manageable — mixing it with a flavored drink helps a lot. It’s super easy to use: just rip open a packet, stir it into water, and drink. About an hour later, I’m out and actually staying asleep. The quality is wonderful and I really do feel the difference the next day. My only complaint is that I wish there were more packets in each bag. I’m not a constant user — I save it for nights when I really need a solid sleep — but when I do take it, it works great.
