I got this on sale for ~$15 to try out as a head wrap. I'm not well versed on silk, but it's very silky looking and feeling, quite large, and serves well for my intended purchase.

Für die, die es nicht wissen : Tücher aus echter Seide, die wertiger sind, haben in der Regel einen rollierten Rand ! Es ist also aus echter Seide. Dass der Druck nur auf einer Seite ist stört mich jetzt nicht so massiv. Für den Preis ist das immer noch ein hochwertiges Tuch. Ein wenig Geschick beim Binden, das reicht allemal. Hier sind die wichtigsten Methoden zur Bestimmung: Momme (Gewichtseinheit, abgekürzt mm): 1 Momme entspricht dem Gewicht von \(1\) Pfund (\(0,375 \, \text{kg}\)) für ein Stück Seide der Größe \(100\) Yards \(\times \) \(45\) Zoll. Leichte Seide: \(6\) – \(10\) Momme (z.B. Chiffon, Organza). Mittelschwere Seide: \(12\) – \(16\) Momme (z.B. Habotai). Schwere Seide: \(19\) – \(30+\) Momme (z.B. Charmeuse, Crepe de Chine – oft für Bettwäsche genutzt). Nachtrag vom 17.10. Habe mir jetzt auch das Tuch blaue Vögel und Blumen bestellt. Traumhaft ! Perfekt abgestimmtes Blau mit stimmigen Braun. Die Vögel und Blumen sind in braun, nicht blau, die Beschreibung ist etwas irreführend. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, vor allem für den Preis. Und optisch sehr schön, das Blau mit Braun sieht sehr elegant aus. Bin total zufrieden. Die Seidentüchwer von Andantino kann ich vollstens empfehlen. Love them. ❣️

The fabric is lightweight and soft, and does not smell of chemicals. I wear my hair natural and wanted a large "real silk scarf" for a long time, primarily to protect my hair when sleeping, instead of smaller squares that don't stay on well. But larger genuine silk scarves were usually more expensive than this one, or were often described as silk but were actually polyester or satin. I'm glad that I decided to splurge on this beautiful scarf which was just delivered today, because it's the real deal. Excellent quality and reasonable-affordable price for first-time buyer. I absolutely love this scarf and hope I could afford several more in the future. The scarf was in stock, yay me, was delivered on time, and is perfect in every way. I read a lot of the reviews before deciding to purchase from this seller, and was impressed by the number of positive reviews. I did read, however, read that the scarf was only printed on one side, which was almost a deal breaker. Glad I decided to ignore the comment and take a chance because I can't say enough positive things about this scarf.
