Affordable and tasty creatine powder in strawberry lemonade flavor. I purchased this for myself and my son (19 yo). We like the benefits you get from adding creatine to your daily routine. He takes it more for adding strength and endurance to his workouts and to help with recovery/muscle building. I take it more for the added energy and cognitive benefits. It mixes well in water, but I do recommend using a shaker bottle or an electric frother/stir to blend well. If you prefer you can add it to a small amount of warm water to blend faster and then add to cold water. Optimum Nutrition is a brand you can trust. I appreciate that they offer affordable health care options for folks that want to get the most out of their workouts or daily routine, and do so in a healthy and efficient way. Optimum Nutrition Micropowdered Creatine is widely considered GMO-free, and it is third-party tested for banned substances, specifically by Informed Choice. This is great if you’re an athlete that’s tested regularly for banned substances. The product is manufactured in NSF-certified GMP facilities. I enjoyed this product however for me it’s hard to take everyday for whatever reason, I’m going to switch over to the gummies but for someone who will have no problem with that aspect of it, I would highly recommend the price is good the flavor isn’t bad at all, and it definitely works. It’s more of a me problem

So far I am very happy with the Optimum Nutrition Creatine Enhanced 3-in-1 Formula. I've been blending 2 tsps. powder to 16 oz of cold water every day for 2 weeks. I love the flavor! The strawberry peach is not too sweet or overpowering. It has not upset my stomach and I haven't had any water retention or temporary weight gain which can both be side effects of creatine consumption. I also think it's a good value compared to others I researched. I will continue with this product because at 60, I'm fighting against age-related muscle loss, working to boost my bone density, and improve cognitive function.

I really like this product, this particular brand. I found this to be a little stronger than what I wanted. I ended up giving this one way to my daughter and I got one that didn't have any flavor. This way I could add it to my coffee, smoothies and any type of flavor I wanted.

I bought this for an alternative to plain, unflavored, creatine. I like the idea that I got creatine and it was flavored. The flavor was OK. 1 teaspoon of powder needed at least 8 ounces of water for me to drink it. Otherwise it was too strong of a flavor. I felt like as I got towards the bottom of the package, the flavor was less potent. As far as the actual creatine in it, I question if it’s actually legit. I’ve tried a couple different plain, unflavored creatine’s in the past, and if I consume the full serving at once, I get a major stomach ache however, with this one I do not have any issues so I wonder if it actually has the same amount of creatine as it advertises. Overall, it’s OK as an alternative for flavored creatine. I probably will not buy it again because it’s kind of expensive compared to plain unflavored creatine.

Great flavour so the typical yucky creatine taste is hidden by the great peach taste. I've been taking creatine off and on for years from raw to more processed and flavoured. This is one of the best. Please understand that your stomach must get used to it and may be a bit upset at first.
