I've been taking 3 tablets every morning as the directions recommend. i've not finished the first bottle yet but I'm amazed at the improvements I'm seeing. Primarily with gastritis and skin condition. I thought my gastric issues were due to gluten but after starting this product I've been able to eat an occasional piece of bread without the dreaded diarrhea. I've also been amazed at the changes in my skin. For the longest time my skin has been dry and scaly. The past 2 weeks I've noticed a oiliness to my skin and it has become very smooth. I've also started sweating again. Lack of sweat has been something I haven't had for a number of years. I'm 63 and feel like I found the fountain of youth. I mentioned the changes to one of my doctors and he said it is probably reducing inflammation in your system. My main reason to buy the product is to see if it will help the diabetic neuropathy in my feet and legs. I'm going to hold off commenting on that until I've taken the product for several months. I've had numbness for a long time. I'm sure it will take time to heal to the point that I'm able to see a big change.

I have been taking the lions mane mushrooms for two weeks now and have really enjoyed this product for the most part. I am a single mother that is in school full time, working full time and just has a very busy lifestyle. For quite sometime it has been difficult for me to have the energy and focus to be able to get everything done that I need to (and to remember everything that needs to be done to boot). But this product has helped to improve my memory and focus, which is a huge deal for me. I didn’t give it a full 5 stars though because it claims to aid in digestion which it has not made a difference for me at all. However, I had my gall bladder removed almost 2 years ago and it’s been difficult for me to find anything that helps my gastrointestinal issues. I also feel that even though it has help so much with improving my memory and focus, I could use a little bit more of a boost. I may try to increase my dosage to see if that makes a difference. But overall, I believe this is a very good product.

I’ve been taking these for two weeks and I think it’s been helping with menopause related brain fog (could possibly be placebo effect, it’s a little soon to tell). They are easy to swallow & don’t upset my stomach when taken with or without food, even on an empty stomach & that’s a problem I have with many supplements. I’m really glad that they’re vegan too. The packaging isn’t the best. When I went to take the film off the cap, the whole thing started to unravel. Lesson learned for next time. All in all, I’m pleased with this product as I wanted to try lions mane and the price is right.

So I have arthritis fibromyalgia and nerve pain issues from some previous work experience in my life. And for almost a decade now I've experienced this pain. I've tried various different products that supposedly help with nerve pain and never have they helped. Up until now. I will have to say though this product isn't one of those drugs it's going to be harsh on your body. I'm not addicted to it however I am addicted to feeling good. They didn't work on the first day it took a couple of weeks before they kicked in and before I even noticed anything. My pains are still here but they have been reduced due to taking these pills. However I also am taking something called turmeric and curriculum which are supposed to help with similar issues. And I have noticed while taking these pills every single day that's some of my pain has been lifted. I don't understand how that's possible but I'm glad that I'm getting some kind of relief as this pain has been a plague for many years. Areas that are stiff like my ankles and my knees we're in a lot of pain I have nerve pain that I was feeling constantly preventing me from walking for long periods of time which was extremely stressful because I was trying to lose weight so that I could feel better. But this stuff is actually starting to make me feel a little bit more loose relaxed to the point where exercise may not be a problem. I've only used it for about a month now. Maybe I need a higher dosage or I just need to take it more regularly. But I have felt a little bit better since taking them.
