Multi-purpose and excellent quality!
I initially bought this for my air fryer, and it works perfectly to keep it clean and prevent food from sticking. However, I also found it incredibly useful for manual roti making! It makes patting out and lifting delicate ragi rotis so much easier without them breaking or sticking to the surface. Absolutely love the versatility and quality.
