Smooth, delicious and no after taste. I also see some slight results already. One tip: pour it into coffee/milk don’t put in cup then put coffee/milk —no clumping. Making it dissolve easily.

I was skeptical at first having not seen results from another brand but having been consistent with this product for a few months I can honestly say I am overwhelmed by the results.
