The instructions are absolutely horrible. The two pictures with the product description are all you get, and I should have paid closer attention to the verbiage in the pictures before ordering. After an hour and a half of trial and error (mostly spent attaching the hydraulic lift support rods), the product itself appears to work pneumatically as described and can certainly hold up some weight. However, even with all the pieces properly place there is an opening lag between the two sides unless you pull up from true middle. Thankfully I did a test install on a scrap box before using on this on a custom cabinet, as that would probably ruined by now. Will add a star if this actually works on final install with a wide cabinet pull, as this was *slightly* cheaper than similar products on the market.
