Make sure you shake before using!
This stuff rocks! Make sure you shake it before each use, that gets the color on the brush. Otherwise you won’t get the full saturated color. It goes on easily and dries quickly , allowing for multiple coats. The brush is quite large which is fine when applying to larger surfaces (like eyelid) but I wouldn’t recommend it as an eyeliner. This is a beautiful blue shimmer and I swipe it across my lid. I get compliments whenever I wear it!

Easy to apply
Very easy to apply with finger or supplied brush. Perfect coverage. Stays on all day. Dries quickly. Sugar twist is a beautiful color. I apply my powder eyeshadow first

Terrible product, no returns
Makes eyelids stick, gathers in creases quickly, difficult to remove entirely. Found it days later in corners of eyes. I will literally NEVER use this again. Such a waste of money. And they won’t take returns. On ANY of them. Not even on the second one I ordered and never opened the shipping box! 😤 I also purchased the one they said 90% of women said complemented their skin tone. It blended with mine. Didn’t complement. Unimpressed with color. Did not dry quickly. Super glittery, so if that’s your jam, go for it but it was too much for me. Overall very disappointed and would return if could. Tiffed that I can’t even return the unopened one.

Not worth the price but it’s pretty
The colors are very pretty but the quality isn’t worth the price. I would say it would be worth half the price. There’s fallout & glitter ends up all over my face by the end of day & it just doesn’t dry down as well as other brands liquid eyeshadows. If you wear any product like primer or concealer or anything on your lid before application it will bunch up in your crease badly if you have hooded eyes & if you don’t wear anything underneath it feels sticky in the crease all day even after it dries down fully. After it dries down fully, it comes off if you touch it. Again, it’s very pretty, but not what I’d hope for in an expensive product.

Glitter Goals
Smooth, sparkly, and zero creasing. One swipe and I feel like a disco queen! Please note, there's not a lot of color pigment in this liquid eyeshadow, but I love the sparkles!

Great color, easy to apply. Small size. Dries very fast. Lasts all day doesn’t come off.

Disappointing
Was not impressed with this. Usually I like Urban Decay a lot - not so with this purchase. The eye shadow goes on in a thin stripe... hard to tell where you've put it on - and the effect is minimal. (Actually, I could barely see any effect at all!) Got it for a Mardi Gras costume, and it was very disappointing. Started using it on one eye, and then just stopped & moved on to using something else altogether.

Awesome eye shadow
Best eye shadow! It comes off a bit thin since it is liquid but I love it. I have not tried it with the primer underneath. Does dry quickly and isn't sticky. Would recommend 2 coats for shine.

Smells like alcohol, very sticky on the eyelids and not a lot comes out on the applicator. Mine also started turning colour
