UT Care works well, but be warned: my cats will tear into the package if they find it. They seem to think it’s a treat. It must taste amazing to them. Keep it stored safely, and it’s a great product.

When my vet kept giving me the runaround and refused to prescribe any antibiotics for what I suspected was a UTI, I was at a loss. I even bought an at-home urine test kit, which showed that my cat had elevated white blood cells... not enough to tell me the exact infection type, but definitely enough to confirm that something was wrong. Despite this, my vet said that even after bloodwork and a full urinalysis, they would still need to do x-rays before they could consider giving me even a low-grade antibiotic. That whole process dragged out for nearly three weeks. During that time, I knew my cat wasn’t feeling well, and I hated the idea of doing absolutely nothing while he was in pain. So I ordered this supplement. My cat is on the heavier side at around 23 pounds, so I started giving him three tubes per day. Honestly, within the first day I saw noticeable changes in his mood, behavior, and overall comfort. He became more relaxed, started eating better, and was clearly in less distress. I know this supplement is not a cure or a substitute for actual treatment, but it was the only thing that helped him during those weeks while I waited for the vet to take action. I eventually gave in and agreed to the x-ray, but I truly believe this product helped my cat survive that delay and feel better in the meantime. If you are in a similar situation and need something to help ease symptoms while waiting on proper diagnosis or care, I absolutely recommend this. It gave my cat relief and gave me peace of mind.

I don't often come on Amazon to write reviews, but I'll make an exception here. My cat had severe, difficult to treat UTIs for years. I've tried vet visits, supplements, and a few hexes and curses to get rid of them. Nothing seemed to work very well for very long. Then I tried UT Care but Dr BY. It was a whim, but I was hoping the squeeze treat format would encourage her to actually eat it. It did!! Not only does she like an want the treat about 90% of the time, she lets me mix in additional medicine and supplements with little to no argument, lapping it up like the princess she is. I mix it with a little water, some probiotics, and another UT supplement I happen to have. This has done the trick, people. She once had some problems with her tushie where fecal remains and blood from her UTUs mixed and gave her hassle. I asked the vet about it and he just gave her a sanitary shave and said it happens to older cats. Well, Min-Min has been on this great treat for a few weeks now, and her tushie is nearly entirely healed and clean, which it hasn't been in ages, even with the bottom spray medicine from the vet. I know this box is $35, and that's a lot to invest in 30 treats that might not help. It was a stretch for me to try them on her at all, but it was a huge payoff. I highly encourage you to try these great treats if your cat has urinary tract issues or infections. I'm not saying it's a cure, but it's a powerful tool to help improve your cat's health.

I’m going to start my review by stating neither of my two cats have urinary or kidney issues. That said both my cats are males and I purchased this product to try and help prevent the formation of urinary crystals which can lead to blockages in male cats. Has a veterinary technician I’ve seen plenty of blocked male cats and it’s something that I would very much like my two babies to never have to go through. I would highly recommend these to anyone who owns a cat. Whether or not your cat has had issues with their urinary tract in the past, maintaining a healthy one is highly important. Has I already mentioned I’ve seen my share of blocked male cats but I’ve also seen my share of females needing surgery to remove stones also. The amount of animals that show urinary crystals on their lab work is very high. So proactive is the best approach. My cats are both quite picky and both of them love the way they taste. To be honest it kinda resembles the appearance of mustard so at first, I was weary as to whether or not they would like it. Whenever they see me reach for them they are both right there waiting for their “treat”. (No these are not meant to be giving freely like a treat but are meant to be given daily and hey if my cats think it’s a treat that’s a huge bonus). I can’t say I’ve noticed much of a smell to them but then again I’m not sticking my face in it. If there is a scent to them my cats either like the smell or it’s not off putting to them. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase and my cats are too! * updated part 1-these were recently out of stock so I purchased another similar product. My cats wouldn’t even touch the other product. 2/2026- so I’m not sure if the company changed anything with their formula but my cats do not like these as much as they used to. My one still eats it’s ok but my other one will walk away from it now. I’ve been having to mix it in with a delectable and then they are more the happy to eat it.

My cat loooooves these treats. In fact, he will throw a fit and scratch the tv if we give him anything else when we run out. The question of the product being worth the price is hard to answer. $34 for 30 tubes that aren’t even filled all the way just doesn’t seem worth the love of the taste from my cat. I’ve posted a photo of the treat tube. The pink half is where there is no treat at all, and the black is the start of the treat. Half of it is empty which sucks because it seems like all it takes is to move your fingers up 3 times to finish feeding it to your cat. Per the box, because of my cat’s weight, I am supposed to give him 2 tubes. This obviously makes us run out a lot faster. The price makes it hard to keep up with. My other cat loves the Churu tube treats and those are filled to the brim, and the tube is longer. These tubes are fairly short. The cat I give these treats to has had urinary issues his entire life. Many ER visits, many visits to the vet for UTI/Crystal formations, and one PU surgery. He is on a special urinary s/o plus calm diet since stress flares him up. This is why we can’t give him “normal” treats. His needs are just different. Since starting these treats, I haven’t noticed him getting sick but don’t take that advice as thinking it heals your cat and you no longer need to take it to the vet. I will continue to buy these until I find a better/more affordable alternative

Our Chester had the signs of having a U T.I. He had 2 when he was a young. We switched his food to Purina U T.I formula. No more issues until now. He's 7 now. He was getting into our new kittens kitten food. It caused issues with him. He started meowing more and peeing in the bathroom sink. That's when I knew he has a U T.I . It was the weekend. So I searched for getting relief for him. I found this product and did my research on it. I ordered it . And Chester loves it ! I saw i difference in him in just one day of giving it to him. He used the litter box last night. I was so excited. I gave him a tube in the morning and one last night. He's a big boy. He's feeling so much better. Thank goodness to this product. Saved us a 2 to 300 vet bill. I highly recommend this product if you think your kitty has a U.T.I or you see signs of your kitty coming down with one. And it's all natural and safe for kitties. Thank you making this amazing medication.
