Pleasant surprise in the quality of the honey. 🍯 It drew out a pretty stubborn phlegm creating a great mixture for my homemade expectorant. It is a great addition to my teas.

I love manuka honey and decided to try Bryan Johnson’s. It taste like normal honey. I always try to have manuka honey on hand for the healing benefits, great for scars, I also use face masks out of this honey, you can also give it to your dogs, if you have a dog. Consistency is that of normal honey, on the thick side. Texture is smooth. Color usually varies per batch of honey I have noticed with most honey’s but this one was more on the bright yellow side.

Probably the best sourced manuka honey on the market, the blueprint team is awesome for this product. Lasts me about a month at a tsp a day.

I bought this because I read this type of honey was good for memory issues. I have been experiencing short term memory issues. I use 1/4- 1/2 tsp honey & a dropper of Lion's Mane in my coffee in the morning. I haven't seen a significant improvement, but I don't think this is a quick fix. I am abt ready to order both again. I'll try to update after I use up the second order. The honey is thicker than honey you buy in the store so putting it in coffee melts it down. The price is higher than store bought too.
