Very fun electric bike, and not too expensive. It has fast speeds and is fun to take on long trips, with kids. I ride it around town and like the pedal assist.

I've been eyeing getting an e-bike for a while but felt I should wait until things advanced a bit more to ensure that I'd get something of quality. So I settled on this and I'm happy with my purchase. Box arrived in perfect condition and all the parts were included and didn't have any sort of defects. I assembled this by myself but having two people would make it so much easier and quicker, so do that if you can. All the cables are pre-wired and assembly basically boils down to putting on the handlebars, front light, front tire, kickstand, and pedals. And all of that is just screwing things in and plugging in a single cable for the headlight. Then you're up and ready to go immediately. There are keys to unlock and remove the battery but no sort of wheel lock, which I would have appreciated as somebody who's used to that on motorcycles. The controls are pretty straightforward with the three levels of power and the separate headlight switch. I do kind of wish the pedal assist and button accelerator could be two different levels of power. I'd like to have the assist be on the lowest level and if I really want to go fast I can actually press the accelerator. But it's not that big of a deal because it's just a couple button presses to do that. I really appreciate the big tires and have no issues going through the grass. I think the claims of speed and battery life all line up with my experience so far, of course batteries can always go bad so I'll be sure to update if anything changes on that front. Finally, the feel of everything is just really great it feels like an expensive piece of hardware. From the medal of the body, to the seat material to the kickstand, and pegs for a second rider. Even though I'm no expert, I definitely recommend this as a bike that can fit an adult and will give you that e-bike experience, no app required.

The bike stopped working after only a few hours of use and is now completely non-functional. When I tried to return it, I was told I would have to pay over $700 for return shipping, which is unacceptable for a defective product. The seller has not provided a reasonable solution and the return process is extremely difficult. Buyers should be aware of the risk.

This bike has been the best purchase for our son’s birthday. It’s easy to assemble and charge. Our son goes out with his friends and has a blast ..

Good E Bike for teenagers or lightweight person - per my research it is street legal - it feels heavy duty. Over all I would rate this 8.5 out of 10 which is good. If you are looking for a street legal E Bike this is a great option.

My son loves his X7. The crank arm was damaged when he lost control of his bike and fell. I contacted Macfox, and they responded quickly regarding the replacement part. The only issue was that the package was initially delivered to the wrong address; however, they promptly redirected it and resolved the problem. Make sure to double-check the delivery address when you work with Macfox for any replacement parts. :) That's it. Other than that, everything is great.

Absolutely love this EBike and most importantly my daughter loves it. I purchased it for her for Christmas. Best gift ever!!!!
