EDIT: Just had my first MRE meal, and wow! It was so good, not kidding. I was a skeptic at first, but each items seem so fresh like it was just made. And seasoning was just right. I also noticed that after consuming one meal, have lots of energy. Though I do admit that the food does contain above average food preservatives than most freshly prepared meal. But this is understandable as it needs those ingredients in order to prolong shelf life. Also the I can feel the surplus calories for me to go that extra mile the next day! I am not sure however, those folks that said it tasted terrible but I don't see any difference from restaurant served meal. Definitely an eye opener for me. Will be ordering more for sure. This is the genuine MRE in a sealed box, and shipped double boxed. Such a nice presentation, and I am looking forward to take them whenever I go camping. It was double boxed and I can understand why. One of the reviewer said some portions were opened, and likely it was the courier. Never in my life saw so much looting everywhere, including from major carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. So it was double boxed which is a good idea. But aside from that, this is the real deal. Genuine U.S. MRE portions that are consumed by our men and women of the armed forces. So proud of our military serving our wonderful country, we should all at least "get a taste" of what it is like on day to day on the field. Thank you!

Just as ordered and I got lucky and received the Menu I wanted and that’s a 50/50 thing as there random boxes but there great kits for survival gear and fishing/hunting/camping as well !!

Got the B case, and the meals inside are legit, and nicely it comes with a heat pack like usual, so only a few drops of water to activate that you get a warm meal, and the taste, as long as that's a meat meal, that taste just like what you expected, only the texture is a bit funny since they made these meals to last not to "enjoy" like the elitists out there showing off foods they tasted. The case was extremely hard, and they won't deform as I can say, and portion size is not bad, good enough for 170 pound me, and again the heat pack is easy to use, make sure you don't overfill it else it will lose heat. Overall that's very good for that price point!

Bon dans l'ensemble mais il y a 1 ou 2 choses que j'ai pas apprécié mais j'ai quand même acheté une autre boîte car quand même bon si on a besoin pour le camping ou survie.Les repas principaux sont satisfaisants.
