This is the Jacket you want!
I live in the mosquito / yellow fly belt (swampy / woodsy) of Florida. I have several mosquito jackets. I have purchased this one twice. I wore the first one out! Here’s what you need to know. Only buy black. You might think that being out in the sun, it would make more sense to have a lighter color. Don’t do it! You can’t see through them. There is a glare on every other lighter color I’ve purchased. Even gray. Buy it a little big. This allows for a hat under the hood & keeps the insects that land on you from reaching your face. The price of this one was good. It’s light weight and allows the breeze through. I like that there is a zipper under the hood for water breaks. The only negative I see is the draw strings. Elastic would be better - the strings get in my way and the little fasteners that hold the strings in place to where you draw them dangle, get caught and break while I’m working. I don’t like wearing bug spray, especially when I’m sweating & it’s dripping in my eyes. Besides, sprays don’t deter yellow flies ( blood sucking beasts from HELL )

Lifesaver for Mosquito Allergy Sufferers!
I'm allergic to mosquito bites, so I usually dread spending any time outdoors—especially in my garden. This bug suit has completely changed that! It allowed me to comfortably spend time outside without constantly swatting or stressing. For extra protection, I sprayed the suit with bug repellent, and it worked incredibly well. I didn’t use the mitts and socks this time, and sure enough—that’s exactly where the mosquitoes tried to bite. Next time, I’ll be wearing the full set! I only ended up with 1–2 bites from the most aggressive mosquitoes, which is a huge improvement for me. Honestly, this suit is worth every penny. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective and breathable it is. Highly recommend it for gardening, hiking, or just enjoying the outdoors in peace!

Good idea but needs some work
This worked OK but needs some improvements! I hate bug spray and I have too much to do all over the place to light coils or use those Thermacell things, but this was definitely helpful. I could see the mosquitoes all over me TRYING to bite but the netting keeps them off my skin, in most places at least. It's not perfect because they can still get to places where it folds or touches, but it's way better than having to wear bug spray. I only wish the material was a little stiffer so it would stand up and away from my body better, especially the pants. The sizing must be for straight figures and not curvy women because overall it's too big on me while too tight in the thighs & hips so there's no protection there (I just wrap a dish towel around my legs in my leggings to add extra padding so they can't bite. It does add bulk and is a little hot but it's the only workaround I've come up with to avoid bug spray) The legs are so long the weight pulls so it just hangs down to my shoes where the drawstrings tighten so my legs aren't as protected since the netting is being pulled straight. I will say I'm impressed with the quality of the netting, as much work as I've done around bushes and trees it's gotten caught but hasn't snagged or ripped yet so that's definitely a plus. They've also added a finer mesh in the front of the face so it's easier to see through, but I have noticed I get eye strain after a while. All in all it's a good layer of protection to add, but next year I might need different pants or to try stuffing it with extra tulle netting.

Works great!
My daughter, who is an ecology student in northern VT, reports that this works great in the field. She says it hasn't stopped every bite, but it does stop most bugs. She's one of the lucky folks who attract mosquitoes, so she's thrilled to have found something that works without needing to constantly spray herself down.

Experienced a mosquito nightmare while trying out this suit
I tested this in extreme conditions while getting attacked by swarms of mosquitoes while backcountry camping. At least 80+ at one time are trying to get at me. At night, hundreds were sitting on the mesh of the screenhouse hoping to get in. And even as I ran to the car, black cloud of mosquitoes stayed swarming over my backpacking gear that I ditched by my car as I sought relief in the vehicle- despite at least a dozen of them following me in. Oh the pictures I could show you, my upper arm covered in bites that it turned into one massive welt and the individual bites weren’t distinguishable anymore. So, onto my review: the pants did a pretty good job and I only got a few bites. The sweater really didn’t help. I think it is too tight fitting- loose clothing is better. The part of the mesh that makes contact with the skin is going to get the bites it’s unavoidable. So I will wear a solid top next time, as the jacket really did nothing for me in these conditions and I still sustained easily 100 bites during my trip- most while being in the mesh suit and traversing muddy forest passages. The gloves are ok, just keep them loose and not tight to your skin. I was mainly getting bit wherever the mesh was making skin contact. I think this suit is ok, get a loose fit, and have more than 1 method of protection- tbh I had bug spray too but that really didn’t do anything either. But there’s also things like thermacell and together these things will help at least a little.

The worst. Don’t buy.
First wear. Don’t buy. This is the third one I’ve bought from this exact link and each one was a different size & material. The first one was great, but I lost it. The second wasn’t sized accurately and tore from being too restricting... The third was even more restricting so that there was no buffer between mosquitos and skin (there must be extra material to accomplish this, you see). Returning after the first use. Ineffective, doesn’t match description, and the new cut of it is horrific. Don’t waste your time, health & money on this to just let mosquitoes feast on you anyways.

Strange set up buts does the job
Soo the long sleeve top is more like a hoodie that goes over completely to your face and pulls down wit the zipper going from shoulder to shoulder. comes with pants, mittens and booties. Seems true to size. So far I've used the top for bicycling trails to keep the bugs out of my nose and mouth, however you definitely need a hat or visor or some sort of brim to keep the net from sticking directly to your face. Draw strings on waist and wrist. Depending on what you wear it could get a little warm but I've been fine in tank tops and short sleeves riding in the wind , I supposes If I were hiking it would be a bit different. Net holes are very small but mosquitoes are resilient, I think I've gotten a total of 2 bites which is not bad for this mosquito magnet. All in all its a good product for the money.

Size is way off. Fits terrible, but seller was fast
This is made so "goofy" that it is unusable. The top is loose except for the bust is too small; the hood is huge unless you have a very large hat to wear under it; the bottoms are huge which I suppose could be good for wearing over clothing, but the feet and gloves are made "goofy" too. The gloves are huge so as to be useless and the footsies are weird as to be useable to me. I'm going to have to send them back, sorry I DID, however, receive them overnight and the price would have been great if the suit were wearable.
