Hallelujah something that works!!! I never write reviews on Amazon. For this product it's a must. I'm 46 marathoner runner and has a nutritionist. I workout correctly and eat very clean with 20-26 grams of protein per meal. At this age I wasn't a size 4 and toned any more because of the hormonal weight gain. No joke I've seen 174 doctors over this issue and no help. With my nutritionist I have dropped 14 pounds, but still stuck in the 170's. Hallelujah! This product works and no side effects. With in the 2nd day, my stomach was flat I could see my abs hidden by the fat. 2nd week my face is thinner, my body looks almost back. Energy level is amazing! I'm not tired anymore. No cravings! And no sugar drops. Also I noticed I am full after eating. I'm starting week 3. Can't wait to see more results

To be fair, I’m only on day 3. So I will have to update later. This is the reason for a 4 stars instead of 5. I am impressed because this product really helped me with cravings. I’ve been able to eat good food and avoid junk and lost about 2 pounds. Keep in mind that I am athletic, and very disciplined with workouts and fitness. Nevertheless, I’m a 60 yo woman. I had no side effects from the product. I take it earlier in the day because I’m afraid it could upset my sleep.

Very impressed so far. I’ve only been taking this product for three days and my appetite has dropped a lot. I actually have to remind myself to eat. The usual urge to snack is basically gone, and when I see food now I’m almost bored by it. The only thing I may change is ordering a lower dose next time because my energy levels are through the roof, and I still want to get my full 8 hours of sleep. Ordered and arrived the same day! Took two pills in the morning with no breakfast, just a hot cup of peppermint tea. I love how it makes me feel, energized but without the jitters. I wasn’t hungry and really didn’t feel the need to eat lunch. I went out with co-workers and barely ate. I felt full after eating only 1/3 of my food. I did feel a little gassy, but I did eat stir fry veggies with shrimp. What I love the most is my stomach wasn’t bloated, in fact my stomach felt lighter and I still wasn’t hungry for dinner. I ate a small bowl of salad and was completely satisfied. No cravings for any snacks and still felt well energized at 9pm. I am happy with this product even though it’s my 1st full day of trying it.
