It's easy
Love it. It's small and cooks just like a grill! We use it at least once a week. No prep work!

It's not bad
Not a bad buy for a small utility grill. This will be a bring for beach house rentals. You never know when the grill provided by the owner is all rusted out. I did a test run and you need an average of 8 minutes per side for 1/2 inch burgers, dogs and brats did well also.

Handle Broke Apart With Minimal Use - Still No Resolution From Manufacturer
I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of this grill and the customer service I’ve received from Techwood. One of the handles broke apart and essentially crumbled around the mounting points with minimal use. This was not the result of the grill being dropped, mishandled, or damaged. Based on how the plastic fractured around the bolts, I was very concerned about the durability and overall quality of the product. Unfortunately, trying to get the issue resolved has been just as frustrating. I originally contacted Techwood on July 16 and waited more than two weeks for a response, only to be told that I needed to contact a different email address for after-sales support. I followed those instructions and have since emailed multiple times, provided information about my Amazon purchase, and sent photos documenting the damage. At this point, I still have not received a resolution. I understand that defective products occasionally happen. What is unacceptable to me is having a relatively new product fail and then having to repeatedly follow up with the manufacturer just to get assistance. I purchased this grill expecting to be able to use it for more than a short period of time, and I should not have to spend weeks chasing the company for a replacement or other reasonable resolution. Based on my experience with both the product quality and the lack of responsive warranty support, I cannot recommend this grill.

I don’t love that there is anything to catch the food and grease. It all just falls into the inner workings and burner.
