I bought this in anticipation of some post partum hair loss, but ran out of my other all natural body and face moisturizer and began to use this. A little goes a long way! One tsp for face, one tb for lower body, and one for upper body. I didn’t pay much attention at first until a week later I was looking at the tops of my hands in shock. As a habit, after I moisturize, I massage any leftover into my hands and elbows. My hands had lost ten years in one week. It’s was nuts. After that I began to take more care to apply it to my face and neck and am seeing really good results. It takes a little time, but the oil really does absorb completely and it does soften wrinkles. It’s a great carrier for essential oils too. I put a pump in my hand and mix in a drop or two of whatever I think I might need and briskly rub my palms together. It’s economical, more than I suspected, because such a little oil covers so much territory. Very pleased!

Ever since being diagnosed with type II diabetes the skin on my feet and legs has dried up and turned cracked, peeling, hard and very painful. After three to four applications of this wonderful product my skin is retaining moisture and the damage is definitely reversing. The deep cracks are disappearing and my skin feels soft and smooth. Not only has it dramatically lessened the painfulness associated with my skin condition but it seems the internal sharp stabbing burning throbbing pain in my feet has lessened as well. This could be the miracle I've been looking for for over 3 years. Working great on my hands and fingers as well, the cracks and splitting on my fingertips is healing, what a relief! First product in this category that I've purchased that actually does what it claims to do and is worth every penny. Now I hope it helps with my pattern baldness (ha-ha, fingers crossed).

I have purchased 5 emu oil brands over the last several years. Bella emu oil is excellent. No scent. Texture is smooth liquid via the provided pump. We use it for many dry skin and medical recovery issues. 2nd bottle of this brand. Expensive, but a good value.

I suggest purchasing through this trustworthy company, they know how to preserve the quality of the products nutrients and I love their prickly pear oil but can’t wait to try all their other ones. I’ve purchased other emu oils and this one is better quality and seems to absorb more. Also, I had a chemical peel and was using emu oil as post op care and Bella Terra oils helped answer questions and resolve an issue (caused by amazon shipping) I had. The emu oil has a higher fat content in it (that is better and has more nutrients) which I had to rub between my fingers prior to applying to my sensitive peeling face but after back to normal, the consistency didn’t matter and dissolves quickly upon applying straight to face even with normally super sensitive skin. The fat texture feels more like butter that melts when warmed but isn’t hard (after an aggressive chemical peel it feels hard, so if you do apply after face is raw, just rub between fingers prior). Again, this fat content is a good sign of a high quality emu oil, that’s where the nutrients are and what we want.

Many uses for this smooth, pleasing oil, including hair texturiser! No abrasive smell. My husband also enjoys it for his hair and beard health! I originally bought it to relieve pain from arthritis but have been using it for many things. It stays on my cosmetic stand and this was my 2nd time ordering!
