This isnt going to heat water as fast as a home appliance, however its not designed to replace one. I use this for a security position where I dont have access to anything, I add water, plug it in, turn it on, and after about 15 minutes then water is up to 212° (or whatever temp Inset it to) when taking the cap off after warming water, it can release steam which could burn you, so I loosely put the cap on when I turn it on and the steam isnt really an issue for me. This hot water i good for tea, Ramen, hit cocoa, coffee (I make it Turkish style for now, until I figure out a better solution) and pretty much anything where you add up to 12 floz if hot water, this can hold about 14 oz, but I tend to not fill it that far as Im sometimes on uneven ground when I have to open this. The mixer is a little bigger than a tic tac, there is 1 inside the kettle and 1 inside the lid, the one in the kettle hasn't come out at all, even with me banging the kettle lid first into a table, so I find trouble understanding the need for a second one, the mixer also works really well, I use.it to help heat the water faster rather than mix cocoa powder into the water as I sometimes need water for different things and having to clean it between each use while working is not ideal.

My husband is a truck driver, and this car kettle has been very practical for him. It’s great for keeping coffee hot while he’s on the road, especially during long trips. It’s easy to use and works well in the truck. Having hot drinks anytime makes a big difference during long hours of driving. The design is simple and convenient, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Overall, it’s a great product for anyone who spends a lot of time driving, especially truck drivers. I would definitely recommend it.

Well unfortunately it doesn’t work… I think the buttons got messed up possibly during delivery or from the manufacturer but it doesn’t work at all.. can you send me a new one that works?

I was a little worried to blow up the fuse of my car, but it didn't. It really works !!! It takes a little while to get to 212 F⁰ but it surely does. With its cable plugged in on the shoulder, it's easy to use. It's portable with nice appearance heats up good and relatively easy to clean. I have already bought two. 100% recommended.

Very good quality, great when you are on the go or taking a road trip to heat up some water to make tea or coffee, works in your 12 volt cigarette lighter outlet in your car with no problems.

I keep this in my work truck so I can have hot food on cold days. I keep it in a tote with things like instant ramen and oatmeal.

I love this kettle! I'm an avid tea drinker and I love matcha tea lattes. Now I can have my tea or my matcha anytime we're traveling using a dry matcha tea latte mix. We often take all-day hiking trips and not only is this convienent it will save me $7 buying lattes in coffee shops. The seller also helped me find an adapter that I can use to plug this kettle into the wall. This will allow me to use it in a hotel room as well when traveling.
