Damaged
I gave you a three when I would normally give them a five because overall, these cookies are amazing. But my cookies arrived with the bag, damaged and sliced open with what look like razor blade markings like when they were unpackaged someone accidentally sliced into the packaging and didn’t realize it and then they were shipped out and sold. So my cookies were hard and stale. So that’s why I am giving them a three because normally they are great and worth a 5 but these cookies were not edible, which would have made them a one so I compromised and put a three I am updating this to a 4 because my recent order came in and they are pretty good. No problems this time.
