I doesn’t make me stronger or more stable but it prevents me from grinding my teeth so it’s worth it

I am trying to adjust to it but it is weird. I am a powerlifter. I bought it based on reviews and use by leading strongmen. I do think it helps when I am under load. I don't think I molded it correctly. It is pretty thick and a little funky for the fit. But it does force me to relax my mouth and face which helps for sure. It is hard to take in a large breath when setting up for a lift b/c I feel it is going to slide back which is yielding a gag reflex. Mine did come with a case. The item is nice but I think it is going to take more getting used to. I plan to continue to use it.

I started to lift weights and I started experiencing jaw pain, so I bought this product. It works functionally well. But be wary of boiling at too hot of a temperature when fitting. I boiled mine a bit too long and if “shriveled a bit”. Also, MAKE SIRE YOU GET THE FIT RIGHT! I messed mine up a bit (bit down off center) but it still works great and I’ve used it twice a week for about 2 months.

Love these products not a gimmick
