This product is pretty well-reviewed by several health publications and is one of the more bio-available forms of calcium on the market. It’s also supposed to be gentler on the stomach than calcium carbonate. The one major drawback to this product to me is the size. Each capsule is very large (the largest out of my vitamin routine by far) & the 1000mg dose requires you to take FOUR of the giant capsules. I guess if you really wanted to you could probably empty the capsules out into a smoothie or something but it’s a lot to swallow.

So this was my first time buying this and it will be my last time buying from this brand. What’s going on with all the loose powder? Such a big mess and such a waste! Not happy and I wouldn’t recommend.
