Disappointed service.
After careful decision on picking up the product and being mindful of all the previous reviews I decided to purchase the item and to help prevent previous issues I added the insurance and also the service of assembly the bicycle. To my suprise on the day of the delivery I had to wait 2h30 from the inicial confirmation....so far not a problem, the problem was the technician declined to complete the job after 45 minutes because according to him he did not have time to loose with that and it's not worth of is money. I discovered that I had paid ยฃ79.99 for the job and the technicians only get paid ยฃ23 for a 2-3h job this is ridiculous. It's been nearly 2 weeks without being able to use it because the instructions are not clear, the video it's not matching the product and after several attempts to assemble the bycicle I'm forced to request assistance of a professional to solve the problem that should have been done on the 1st place. Very disappointed.

You s Gould be told that the tricycle comes in 1000 pieces everything needed to be put together Ie: brakes gears ,tracks, chain, wheels, handle bars ect I had to pay ยฃ150 to have the bike put together for me

Value for money but construction a challenge
Very good first adult trike. Construction was a challenge, luckily for my husband. We have replaced the front brake mechanism as the brake supplied would not stop the bike in an emergency or on a hill. I am otherwise pleased with the bike and it is good value for money. I love the massive basket on the back.

Pathetic quality
Pathetic quality, The pedal broke & got it fixed locally, new pedals in the picture. Front wheel handle keeps moving & breaks if tightened any further, picture attached. Made in China for few pennies. Bought it for my lessabled son & a waste of money.

Great quality product, took me four hours to assemble, but really pleased with it
