Runs super smooth!
I paid more to get a laptop with the extra RAM and it was worth it. Doesn't struggle at all even if I have 15 or more tabs open. I can run multiple programs at the same time. It wasn't the cheapest option but this was worth it!

Good Machine
So far, this computer is working very well, but it's new yet. It's light, it's quick, it's responsive. This replaced my Acer laptop (same size) that lasted 10 years. I'm hoping this will last at least half that amount of time. As time goes on I will probably update this review. My only complaint has nothing to do with the computer itself, but with the operating system. It includes One Drive, which is a real pain in the neck. I've deleted it from my machine, but now I have to redo some programs so they will point to the correct files.

It's a big step up from my old win10 pc.
Works pretty well so far. This pc can and will make the decision to not connect to overcrowded 2.4 wifi network. In that case it'll only allow connection by ethernet cable to the router or forces connection to the 5ghz wireless band by radio wifi. The 2.4ghz band is swamped at this location. Now I'm trying to verify the manufacturer 1yr warranty period. It's more difficult than it should be !

One Drive needs to be removed.
I’m about to pack it up and send it back! First I had to remove one drive! Now this laptop is basically a brick!

still setting up laptop but so far, so good. Only concern was movement of product inside of exterior box, but product was actually in a more secure box with protection inside of that, so all was good. Product is very quiet, stays cool, and seems fast but haven't written any code, made any trades, or asked it to do any photo/video work yet... so will add more after all of that happens.
