I love banana-tahini smoothies, and this is great for making them. I like that I can keep it on my shelf so that when a craving strikes and I don't have bananas in the house, I can pull this out. It create a very authentic, light banana flavor that tastes remarkably fresh. It mixes best in a blender. I took some hiking and tried mixing it by just shaking it with milk in a Thermos, but that was pretty clumpy.

Made in China do I need to say more? So disappointed to see a big sticker on the top made in China. I didn’t see that listed in all the product photos or product description. I did mix it in my water being that’s why I purchased it just to have a banana flavor water. The powder didn’t mix good at all. Left big globs of powder, stuck to the sides of the glass, got thick and tasted awful. So disappointed wasted of money.

I wish it were a cleaner yellow, but the flavor is good when mixed in with yeast rolls. It adds a sweetness and a slight banana flavor. I wish there were more instructions with how to mix it with bakery recipes. As it is I've had to guess and add a tablespoon of liquid for every three tablespoons of banana powder, but I'm guessing, it may take two tablespoons.

Omg….i baked some banana and white chocolate cookies and the taste was amazing. Will be buying this product again.

Not that good, it tastes like banana flavored taffy not real banana, won't be buying again.

It’s got a strange banana taste, not like a fresh banana.

Great tasting does wonderful in oatmeal
