My husband loves it!

Nothing against Amazon or the merchant I purchased from, whose delivery service and efforts to help me deal with HH were appreciated.1. The knife came out of the box with about a 4/10 sharpness (1 being blunt and 10 razor sharp). Poor.2. The smallest thumb stud pin would not fit. The large and medium pins did, the small and most useful one would not fit at all.3. The flipping action was poor. Even after oiling the pivot next to the liner lock, it still flipped poorly. Even after repeated flips to try get it to loosen up, still nothing.4. The blade was about 1mm off center. Totally unacceptable for a knife at this price.5. After dissembling the knife, oiling the washers fully I got the flipping action to work smoothly. However, I could not get the blade to center. My observation is that there is are brass washers on each side of the blade. Then there is a plastic washer protecting the brass washer next to the liner lock. So there are 2 washers on 1 side, and 1 washer on the other side. Not sure if this is the reason for the blade being off center, but it is the only thing I could think of. No level of pivot tightening would center the blade. I contacted the merchant with my problems about the knife, within the first few days of owning it.Hardcore Hardware responded saying that because I opened the pivot, the warranty was void. The blade arrived off center and wouldn't flip properly!They then wanted about $100 for courier charges to fix it! I have had the knife for a few days and not even used it!HH delivered a knife of poor quality, and their service behind their products is so bad nobody should deal with them. They are absolutely deplorable!
