It's decent. It works well but the water storage is not what was expected. I have this in a bed room and it needs to be emptied every 12 hours. That's twice a day... It's quite a bit bigger then my old one that had a 1.65 ml tank instead of this one with1.5 and that old one would last 4 days. It's deceiving the tank looks like its half the bottom but its a very small U shape. 10/10 update - The Customer service is fantastic. They offered to give me a full refund and a Walmart gift card to make up for the trouble with no need to return. They contacted me and took the initiative. Very pleased with that end. The humidistat portion of the device works well too. Overall it works well, the tank is just a bit small.

There are so many dehumidifiers that say they’re perfect for a bathroom or closet, but I have a shower on a lower level so it can stay damp. I want it really dry in there to prevent mold and mildew, so I returned a few units before this one. It has a strong motor and fills the tank daily. I empty it at least once a day. I’m a little confused by the humidity number changing regularly on the unit, but my bathroom gets dry in a hurry so I guess I don’t care. I don’t press any buttons, I just run it all the time, so I’d say it’s easy to use

The BICEPOS BP01 is a fantastic little dehumidifier for its quiet operation and compact size, making it perfect for bedrooms or small offices. It removes humidity very effectively, noticeably improving air quality. My only minor gripe is the collection bucket, which is quite small and needs frequent emptying, especially on humid days. If you don't mind emptying it often, it's a great performer!

This thing is incredible. We have a roughly 500sf finished basement that's super humid (70%+) after showers in the bathroom. This dehumidifier brings that down to 55% (and keeps it there as that's what we set it at) within a few hours. The biggest con is the water tank size for me. I'm dumping a full tank of water about 3-4 times a day. Eventually I'd like to find a spot to put this that's not in the corner or against a wall so I can run a drain line but that might not happen any time soon. It's also a little noisier than I expected, but about on par with the back of your refrigerator when the compressor is running. It's super compact and plug and play. I may buy another.

was desperate for a dehumidifier—my basement’s basically one raincloud away from becoming a spa. Instead of running to Home Depot or Lowe’s like a normal person, I thought, “Hey, let’s give Amazon a shot!” Found one with same-day delivery—score, right? Wrong. What arrived looks like it fell out of a claw machine at a carnival. I mean, is this a dehumidifier or a prop from a Temu parody ad? Lately, Amazon’s been feeling more like Wish with Prime shipping. Remember that “smart robot vacuum” I ordered? Yeah—smart enough to do absolutely nothing. Just rolled around like it was lost in its own existential crisis. And don’t even get me started on this dehumidifier’s user interface. To operate it, I swear you need two master’s degrees and a PhD in sorcery. Absolutely ridiculous—and yes, I’m still damp. and No, not in a good way!

It’s definitely small but powerful. Worth every penny. It’s not difficult to use and is easy to empty but I would suggest attaching the hose so you can use a larger bucket. Since it works so well, the internal basin gets full pretty quick.

This dehumidifier does a great job. It shuts off when the tank is full. I have it 3 stars because the water tank is so small. This is would be better fit for someone who couldn’t manage a heavy water tank to dump out.

These machines work so well! I actually purchased 2 of them, 1 one for my home and condo. Could not be happier. They are quiet and really do a great job taking the humidity out of the air protecting my homes. Thank you
