Listen up to know more! I use this supplement for thickening my hair, reduce pms symptoms and help with my period. It does all three so well! I couldn't lie if I wanted to do, this is the miracle vitamin for women. It's lightening my cramps, pain, and flow. Also keeps my hunger from the monthly monster at a low! What I do to maintain this is: I eat right, and treat myself to the unhealthy food occasionally! Exercise every day even if its 30 mins a day. (blood circulates at the scalp when you get it going!) Vitamins! I take Black currant oil, Country hair maxi life, iron, biotin, and vitamin E to achieve a staple for working on the inside of my body for hair growth. My hair has grown almost 5inches total in 6months. It's thickened as well. I'd say from putting my hair up from 7 months ago to now the band width has thickened by half an inch to a whole inch! Doesn't sound like much to some, but I have worked so hard to achieve this result and cant wait to have my hair at my desired length! Don't give up, just takes some patience!

After reporting to me doctor how bad my hair was falling out and being totally ignored I started taking this. It is a big gel oil but it easy to swallow and do worth it!!! My hair stopped falling out and a few months later I have so much hair growing back in that I have to lay down or it will stick up yay. That's a great problem to have! Another thing is way way less gray eyebrows to pluck out! And my brows are looking good again. I'm 61 and trying to look my best. You'll learn that when you get older your body hair changes. Am taking Black Current Oil for regenerating head hair growth (as a senior-aged female.). I am pairing it with Pumpkin Seed Oil (: NOW’s 1000 mg.) Have based my decision for these Two Oils from many others’ reviews of various male & gender-neutral supplements. These two, per reviews, seem to Not Promote male-facial hair for females. I have found that spacing out to one capsule of each every 4th Day♦️ - limits the normally occurring facial hairs - and my head hair is vital & full. I have taken other supplements (collagen …) off & on for 6 years & used various hair shampoos - so do suggest these Two Oils to be in addition to other Healthy Hair options !!! ♦️ Edit - 7/21/25 ♦️ I changed some months ago to an increase in This B’ C’ Oil to Every Other Day. I have Not seen any problematic increase in facial hair in doing so.

The size is ridiculously huge. Try not to choke myself every time I swallow it.
