Yeah, it includes a 12' FT cable (read: twelve foot foot cable) 
Being mislead by the product page is unavoidable.

Are returns free?  this is a amazon choice item. but not shipped by amazon. it does not say free returns.

Yes Amazon returns are free if you click the return button they will tell you how to either take the item to a location for the return or print out the UPS label for ship and back to them once they receive it they will credit your account

Im buying a recorder converter box and this product also plus i have the firestick and T-mobile home internet is all that compatible will it all work

this device has nothing to do with the internet, so T-Mobile is not a factor in its use. This is simply an antenna that captures television broadcast that are freely available over the air (ota). You connect this directly to your tv and, depending on your location it will allow you to see local broadcasts for free. The number of channels will depend on your location. If you are in an isolated area surrounded by mountains and trees, you may get very few stations. If you are in a wide open area, or on the right side of said mountains, you may get a ton of stations. With regards to your recorder, if the recorder supports ota signals, then this should work, but very few set top recorders do this. In this case, the set top box may need the t-moble for a variety of reasons (streaming services, program info etc).
