I had this POS running a couple weeks now. There are several things want to complain.Caller id is only compatible with very expensive modem, about $250.Other POS software caller id is compatible with $20 fax modem.Receipt layout is hard coded. You can not change the layout.If you use 80mm roll paper, you should have no problem. But if you are using 56mm, you will have trouble to enlarge the font for Kitchen Ticket.It is impossible to make the menu item bold and fit in 56mm roll paper.
