Excellent for all open wounds/sores.
Really good for sores, ulcers or general cuts. Cut to size, remove backings on both sides, place on area cover with melolin or other non stick pad, then secure with tape like mefix or hypafix and leave for five days. (if leakage, check sooner.) After five or so days, check area and you'll see the yellow iodine has gone white showing its been absorbed - reapply a new piece if required. Depending how much of the pad of iodine is needed? this can last a good while inside the packet so long as you fold the packet to avoid air drying it out. Obviously if whole pad is needed you'll need to open another one. Good stuff, remember it does stain, so make sure you are careful and to cover it well.

amazing love this brand always buy this one now as even stays on with no plaster over it. helped my wound heal but If u keep it on to long u rip ur wound wide open and make it bleed again so make sure u don't leave it on for ages
