Easy to eat or chew.
According to my Doctor these have helped my blood return to normal size. These are gummies so they are great tasting and easy to swallow. I don't notice any smell either positive or negative. Easier to allow to melt in your mouth but chewing them up is OK. Much nicer to have a gummy vitamin than one that you just swallow. I do not find these to be sticky although some are stuck together but you take these in two a day so not an issue.

Great buy ! Improvements in immunity
Since I only really see reviews about taste and smell, I will leave one quality that is most vital..the health benefit. My daughter struggled last track season with energy and becoming ill here and there. I implemented these gummies into her daily routine to help her immune system resist bugs but also help aide with energy that is needed for tough training. These have made a HUGE difference for us this season. I am on our 5th bottle. I cant prove the drastic changes are only due to these gummies but I dont believe in coincidences like this. Great buy!
