Initially great , over time experience poor quality in connection, static audio and need to replace
Worked great, until they stopped working! Connections started to fail, and people on the other side of the line complained of static and cutting in and out. Would not recommend UPDATE: seller offered full refund, will repurchase again. Might just be that they have a limited lifespan, so be aware it is not a product you can buy for life

Waste of my money
Worst product ever the cord made my phone so static it was terrible. I thought maybe it was the little piece that keeps the cord from tangoing I took that off. It was still terrible. I went to the dollar store bought new spirals and they worked great

Does a great job keeping cords untangled, but...
This product worked great for keeping my phone cord at work from getting tangled. Before I got this, I was constantly untangling my phone cord and it was super annoying! I don't get how this little device keeps the cord from detangling, but it definitely works. The only downside to this product was that after a couple of months, I started experiencing static on my phone that just got worse and worse to the point that we called Comcast over to try to fix the problem. Strangely all of our phones were experiencing static so I didn't expect it to be the detangling thing I bought, it's a new cord, so there's no way it's this. Sure enough, the Comcast guy takes the detangler off and the static is gone. I'm not sure what caused the static on the other phones in the office, but when that was removed from my phone, the phone worked fine. So unfortunately I can't use this product on my work phone anymore. If the static hadn't happened, this would get 5 stars.

You can use the cord for regular purpose but the attachment (Rotary cord) is worthless. Do not buy.

I like that i could get rid of my totally stretched out long tangled up cord. This one is more compact and has an atachment to keep it from getting all tangled. So far just love it and works great.
