I was honestly skeptical at first because I’ve bought furniture like this on Amazon before and it was terrible — cheap parts, confusing instructions, and hours of frustration. But this Costzon Twin Bed Frame completely surprised me. The quality is amazing — solid wood, sturdy construction, and the padding on the headboard and footboard feels premium. The instructions were truly impressive, clearly written and easy to follow. I put the entire bed together by myself in about 30 minutes, which is unheard of for furniture like this. Pretty easy to set up. Two people will get it done even quicker. Start by setting it up from the rear end to the front. Do one section at a time. The hardware is specific for each section, so don't dump it all in a pile. Leave the hardware in their bags and use one bag at a time as you go. Don't tighten the bolts during setup. The frame needs to articulate a little during the assembly process, making it easier to bolt it all up. The bed should be set up without tools. Just hand tightening the bolts makes it easier for the hardware to reach the threads. Tighten and torque each bolt down, after the bed is completely assembled. Tools are provided, but I'd suggest using your own, especially the allen/hex-key wrench. The other wrench is functional, but it may be difficult and uncomfortable for some people who aren't accustomed to working with tools. The bed frame is well made and very sturdy. A twin mattress will fit perfectly with no need for a box spring. Race car themed sheets/blankets etc will bring out the shape of the bed even more.
