Great TV. Set it up next to our pool on a lift and works great in the day of night. Much cheaper than other options and cannot tell any difference in quality from much more expensive TV brands. Had one issue with the TV and customer service responded quickly and we recieved a replacement TV with no hassle. The TV works perfectly. Highly recommend on price, quality, and cuttings service.

Got the 65 inch pool pro. Came in a dirty box with holes but appeared undamaged. Got it installed. Worked great for one movie and the first quarter of a football game. Decent picture in direct sun. Then it stopped working. Backlit a bit but no picture, no sound. Presumed fried circuit board. None of the methods for resetting worked. Processed return and arranged replacement delivery. Replacement came in a cleaner box but with a full thickness gash. When I went to install mount you could see it had been mounted before. Dents at mounting sites. Also a very big ding in the back metal case. Some unremovable adhesive on the front frame. I didn’t want the damaged tv so went to process return or exchange. Was told you can only exchange once. It might be an ok tv but I’ll have to buy it somewhere else.

We have eight of these SYLVOX 55” Outdoor Smart TVs on our Tiki boats, and they’ve been incredible. The picture is crystal clear even in full sun — better than any other outdoor TV we’ve tried. The smart features are fast, and streaming apps like YouTube TV work perfectly. Built tough, great design, and truly reliable — we’re already adding more to our fleet.

Amazing picture quality no matter what it’s like outside! I put the tv on a rolling stand so that I can move it around my yard but I do have issues with WiFi connectivity- I’ve tried boosters from our internet provider and purchased a separate booster from Amazon and it works better but not great in all areas. I’m still happy with it when it’s in range and doesn’t lose the connection.

Pool Pro 55" "2024" model The quality of build is there, very confident about it's durability with no worries of weather affecting it. The picture is excellent. The 4K is just wow. This tv located mostly in sunlight conditions. Viewing angles are exceptionally good with little if any glare effect. Sound is ok, recommend the sound bar if using for a large area. The Google/Chrome design is so easy to use. Connections took minutes to perform. Wi-Fi was easy to set up. tv is set roughly 30' to 40' from wifi router. No issues at all, An incredible picture quality with superior sound with optional sound bar

Insanely loud internal fan. I read all of the reviews and surprised no one else has this issue. Maybe it’s just mine? Possibly defective? But the internal fan is so loud it’s distracting. Picture quality is also not great. Was expecting better color for a nearly $2000 television

TV is nice, when it works. Original unit worked for ~5 months, then started having display issues on most apps, like YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu. Sylvox warranty service is very slow to respond. Good luck getting anyone to pickup the phone (they won’t). After a week plus of back and forth over email with long delays in response, I have a replacement on the way this week (supposedly), but Sylvox 1) won’t guarantee they’re sending a new TV, 2) won’t offer an extended warranty, and 3) will not offer any help with professional reinstallation. I’m on my own to reinstall myself or pay a professional (again) to come back out and install it. I can see why this TV is so much cheaper than the Samsung Terrace—you get what you pay for. Fingers crossed the replacement lasts. If this one fails, I’ll suck it up and pay for the Samsung.

We love our TV! It works so well in full sun. The customer service has been amazing for any questions we have had!
