Love this thing !! A must for a back yard bbq guy to raise your level! Amazon delivered 2 days late. I had put a Brisket on in the morning anticipating the warmer arrival. Oh well, I did the long hold in the oven. The Brisket was a little dry but good flavor. The Vevor warmer arrived in excellent condition. The box and packaging were really good. I spent a few minutes removing the white plastic protective cover. A heat gun makes it an easy task. I installed the bottom feet and the handle. I plugged it up and it reached 150 degrees in minutes. The warmer has 4 shelves. It will hold 4 full hotel pans/sheets or 8 half pans or sheets. The door closed nicely, holding closed with magnets. The digital controller is very nice. I would recommend this to anyone that hosts Thanks Giving with large crowds or wants to raise their game with a long hold on Brisket. This Vevor warmer punches above its price point. I forgive Amazon for the delay, I think it’s incredible that they get things delivered so quickly most of the time.

Ordered for backyard BBQ use to rest brisket, pork butt and ribs in an heated environment. Also to hold sides hot and fresh during parties. First hold was 9 hours at 155 for a big brisket packer. Worked perfectly. Second use the unit failed. Discussion with customer service ended up with me sending unit back - packed in the same box as the new replacement came in! From the time I talked with customer service to the new one on my porch was 3 days! Three DAYS! They even had UPS pick it up for no charge! The new unit worked just right on use. Amazon assisted with. The return/replacement and it was seamless start to finish. Vevor is a darn good company. Good products and OITSTANDING Vustomer Service

Despite good packaging, this unit came with multiple scratches, pealing and bubbling of surface. Interior had debris and broken zip ties. I’m wondering if they sent a refurbished unit. Haven’t plugged in the warmer yet.

First off it arrived a day early! That's always good. I researched this on YouTube and wanted it specifically for holding brisket after smoking. I set it at 145º and it held within about 3 degrees for over 12 hours. This will hold 5 full size serving pans like are used in catering. I saw one video where the guy said it was hard to put together, IT'S NOT! The only thing you have to do is put two screws through the door to hold the handle on and 4 screws on the bottom corners for the feet. Now, pulling off the white plastic protective wrap on the stainless cabinet was a bit of a pain but it's worth it to protect the beautiful stainless finish. I spent about 30-45 minutes pulling it off. It's not hard, just a little tedious. If you put it up on a table top it's a lot easier than bending over. The outside doesn't get that hot but to be safe I'd make sure to take all the plastic off before plugging it up. It was packaged VERY GOOD. I unpacked it and plugged it in and tested it with a Thermopen and a Thermoworks RFX Gateway remote bluetooth/wifi thermometer. The digital read out on the warmer was within 1 degree of the Thermoworks. The temp is very easy to set. There's easy instruction book with it. Read over it if you have any questions. I couldn't find any inside dimensions so I include several for you to ensure that whatever pan you have will fit.

I'm a professional bbq pitmaster and teach bbq classes here in Lavon, Texas and thought I'd try this product out for my bbq classes. It's unbelievable how well my unit holds temperatures from brisket, ribs, pork butt and the list goes on. My proteins come out so tender and juicy and holds all of my flavors. This product doesn’t last after one use. Had issues with the screen not working then the whole unit quit working. After talking with customer service they were sending out a new screen. 3 weeks later screen never showed up. Got back with customer service and they sent a replacement unit. Awesome turns out it wasn’t going to be that bad after all. We used it for 6hours holding ribs nice and steady working great. Today our second day of use it comes on great about 2 hours in the screen went all crazy again. So we’re just going to look for a different brand when it comes to holding cabinets.

Food warmer works well. I have nothing negative about the warmer as it is very nice and works well. It is also packaged very well. It even has white protective sticky plastic tape or something on the outside of the oven to help protect from scratches I am guessing. Be aware that removing the white sticky plastic tape is a pain! HAHAH! Also be aware when you get the oven out of the box the rubber feet must be put on it. I failed to realize this and put the oven on a wood kitchen table. Do not make the mistake I did, put the feet on or have a surface to put the oven that will not be scratched easily by metal.
